1 General Terms

7u7 con (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is an online gaming and lottery platform providing entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 7u7 con website and mobile application.

• Opening multiple accounts with the same mobile number or email address is strictly prohibited.

After registration, 7u7 con may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This process may require a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC is completed.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact 7u7 con customer support immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 7u7 con:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 BDT।
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300 BDT।
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000 BDT (Without KYC verification).
• Users who have completed KYC will enjoy higher withdrawal limits.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using only the account holder's own mobile banking number.
• Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. However, KYC verification or security reviews may require additional time. 7u7 con reserves the right to temporarily hold any transaction pending investigation.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

7u7 con regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus is awarded.
• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• 7u7 con reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus offer at any time.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or strategically circumventing wagering requirements — may result in 7u7 con cancelling the bonuses and closing the account.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on 7u7 con are conducted fairly and transparently. Lottery, Sports Betting, jackpots, and all other games have their own rules, which can be found in detail within the relevant sections.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed in Sports Betting, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable betting rules.
• Decisions made by 7u7 con are final and binding.

If an incorrect amount is displayed due to a technical error or system issue, 7u7 con reserves the right to correct it. The actual gaming result will apply in such cases.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7u7 con:

• Fraudulent activity or attempting to hack the system.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Using bots or automated software to play.
• Impersonating an employee or representative of 7u7 con.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

7 Responsible Gaming

7u7 con believes gaming should be fun and responsible. We encourage all users to play responsibly. The following responsible gaming tools are available on 7u7 con:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.

• As required by law or regulatory authority.
